New house???

Yesterday (Saturday) we looked at a couple of places, one in Epsom, the other in Surbiton.

Rocked up to the first estate agent at 11:10 for an 11 appointment, said "Hi, I'm Martin" and was greeted with "You're late". If we didn't need a place to live I'd have turned on my heel. Anyway, it was a very nice place, but the next one in Surbiton was better, so we've got an offer in on that one. Once they've checked our references hopefully we'll be in there.

It's got a nice big master room and a spare room for any visitors. We're really excited and can't wait to get into it. Hopefully we'll be in on Tuesday or Wednesday, but this is England, so we're not holding our breath.
