We're engaged!

So, we've been pretty slack about updating the blog. Did we mention we bought a motorbike? Hyosung Aquila 250cc. Lucy's main mode of transport. Very cool wee thing.

Oh, and we got engaged yesterday. Yeah, I know. Went for a picnic on One Tree Hill. I went ahead of Lucy and laid out the picnic rug, the champagne (on ice in a proper bucket, of course), the flowers and got the romantic music playing on the laptop, then went down on bended knee. The weather was pretty overcast, but as soon as Lucy said yes the sun appeared, and hung around for the next couple of hours. Very affirming. At this stage we're thinking January or February 08 for the wedding.
